A new type of electro motors with ultra-high efficiency is approaching the market. These consist of a motor and a generator built into one device in a manner which produces resonance between the two. This is achieved by using a pulsed direct current as driving force. These motors have a number of advantages over classical electro motors:
- Substantially higher efficiency, often above 90%
- Similar power consumption regardless of the load
- Cold run with minimal heat generation
- May be driven by a solar panel due to the low energy requirements
- Is built using simple materials with lower physical weight than conventional motors
This technology is scalable and may be adjusted for various applications.
