Identify

One of our key competencies is to identify new inventions worldwide. For this, we exploit our widespread network in Europe, North America and South America and we participate in the most important conferences on non-conventional solutions for energy and water technology. We enjoy the widespread openness and enthusiasm among people working in the field.

When evaluating new potential projects, we initially consider the importance, the sustainability and possible applications of the invention. Moreover, we evaluate if the inventor is trustworthy, has a professional attitude and is capable of collaborating.

Validate

Following the initial evaluation, we initiate a formal validation. This comprises establishing proof of principle, either by our own measurements and/or through scientific/technical experiments involving third parties.

A positive outcome of the validation is crucial for the survival of the project. This is important, not the least for non-conventional technologies, which often require more convincing proofs of concepts than conventional solutions.

Mature

Following a positive outcome of the validation, the product often needs to be adjusted and matured for specific applications. This may be accomplished in collaboration with the inventor or through third party agreements. This maturation will often be funded by the licensing business.

Outlicence

The business concept of Skypion is to out license matured inventions to third party, typically a manufacturing company or a farming business. Revenues from down payments and licence fees are reinvested in new technologies.
